At American ATV Adventures, we are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly experience for everyone. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that compromises the safety or enjoyment of our guests and staff.
Absolutely no alcohol consumption or drug use is permitted before or during any ATV tour. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be immediately removed without a refund.
Harassment, aggressive behavior, or disrespect toward staff, other guests, or the environment will result in immediate termination of your tour with no refund issued.
All riders must wear provided safety equipment at all times during the tour. Refusal to follow safety protocols will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
Stunts, racing, intentional collisions, or any reckless operation of ATVs is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately banned from all future tours with no exceptions.
Any violation of our zero-tolerance policy will result in the immediate termination of your tour without a refund. Law enforcement may be contacted depending on the severity of the violation. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all safety rules and conduct policies.
